A developer that measures what it gives back.
We were founded in Leeds in 2018 on one argument: a logistics park can leave a place better than it found it, and it will let faster and hold its value longer because of it. Four parks on, the argument is holding.
Every park hands back more land to nature and to the public than the site had before. Every building exports more energy than it uses. Every planning application goes in with the parish council's letter attached.
Water
We design for where the water wants to go, then place the buildings. Wetland is not landscaping; it is the flood strategy.
Architecture
One practice, every park, so the details improve each time. Timber where it can be, daylight everywhere.
Energy
Rooftop generation sized for export, with a private wire to the occupier. Calder will run a surplus in every month but December.
People
Footpaths open to the village, a bus stop inside the fence, showers by the front door. The shift that starts at six is the client.
A team of nine, most of whom have been here since the first park.
